Hello family and friends and potentially, but hopefully not, random people (be gone vile man! be gone from me! A "starter car," this car this a finisher car! A transporter of gods!), some of you may be wondering what this whole little website thing is about and why I'm doing it. Hence why you're here on the About page! So first, I'll address your questions.

Simply put, I'm doing this because I want to. I've wanted to start a blog of some kind for a while now, and I enjoy writing but haven't really gotten to write much since high school. It also helped me work on some front-end skills I had neglected. And as an added bonus, I know many of my family members constantly wish for more details on my life, so ahah! Here you go! Mostly, I write these posts to keep you and those close to me up to date—hopefully in a way that is also entertaining. As I traverse through post-grad life, I hope you'll join me fairly regularly as I document my passions, journeys, struggles, memories, thoughts, and just anything that generally makes me, me.

If you dig around deep enough you'll notice a lot of shit just doesn't work. I know that and I will be working on adding that functionality over the next few weeks; I wanted to get this up as soon as possible. If you have any burning comments you want shared then please just hold on to those or send them to me to upload when I do get around to adding that kinda stuff. I plan to post at least something once a week going forward. I added quite a bit of stuff that I had in the backlog to start out so that it's not completely empty. You'll notice a few posts are still empty though. I plan to get around to those, I just needed to make sure everything worked properly. Thanks for tuning in to this project :)
